I’m Dr. Gary S. Moore Director of GPA Mobilization Ministries, the arm of help to the career missionary serving in Central and South America. I would like to welcome you to our website and give you a word of who I am and how all this came about.
GPA Mobilization Ministries was started as a result of my strong desire to help the Missionaries that are serving in Central and South America with the Gospel Preacher Association and other like-minded mission organizations. After seventeen years as a missionary and fourteen years as pastor at the time, I embarked on the ministry of working alongside the career missionary with short term missions to provide evangelistic, medical and construction teams to assist them in their difficult, but essential work of bringing Christ to some of the poorest people of the world.
After several years of serving alongside missionaries such at these, my vision turned to a shipboard ministry and so was born The Mercy Project. Every day I see this vision coming closer to a reality.
